About Sossego

What You Will Do
Serve as project lead for marketing campaigns.
Coordinate marketing (content, campaigns, events, etc.) calendar.
Manage social media accounts, including creating and scheduling social media posts, interacting with followers, and tracking stats.
Assist with creation, production and proofing of marketing collateral such as brochures, proposals, presentations, digital assets, sales tools and training, CEUs, product launch materials, ads, press releases, case studies, award entries, photography, and other campaigns
Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to execute the sales and marketing plan.
Bring ideas to the marketing team and assist with development of marketing plan.
Write copy for marketing campaigns and other marketing communications.
Assist with the planning and management of internal and external events such as trade shows, conferences, customer gatherings, and team meetings.

Are self-motivated, organized, able to set priorities, manage projects, attend to details, and manage your time productively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Are a good troubleshooter and problem solver.
Have experience managing vendor relationships.
Want to learn, develop, and grow with an innovative company.
Are a good written communicator (writing and editing) and proficient in Portuguese grammar with a strong eye for accuracy and consistency.
Have experience managing social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
Have fluency in English (professional level at least).
Have five or more years of experience in a marketing role.

The Details
Full-time contractor (PJ) position based in Brazil (preferably close to São Paulo).
Remote / Work from Home position.
Successful candidate will need to provide own computer suitable for professional tasks with fast and consistent internet access.
Reporting to the VP of Marketing and Sales, and will work with our Brazilian and US marketing teams.
